The Naish Foil Fuselage is engineered to deliver maximum modularity, stiffness, and compatibility across the entire Naish Foil range. Precision CNC-machined from 6061 aerospace-grade aluminum, it provides exceptional structural strength, precise assembly, and reliable performance even in the most demanding conditions.
At the heart of the design is the Indexed Scarf Joint (ISJ) system, developed by Naish to create an extremely rigid connection between the mast, fuselage, and wings. The M6 rear wing connection ensures full compatibility with all Naish front wings and all Naish stabilizers produced from 2018 onward, allowing you to upgrade your foil setup without replacing the entire system.
The reinforced external geometry around the mast connection has been specifically designed to reduce the torsional and bending loads generated by modern High Aspect Ratio wings, increasing the stiffness, precision, and durability of the complete foil system.
To ensure long-lasting performance in marine environments, all threaded connections feature stainless steel helicoil inserts, minimizing galvanic corrosion and preserving the integrity of the threads over time.
As foiling disciplines continue to evolve, Naish offers the fuselage in four different lengths, allowing riders to choose the ideal setup for their preferred discipline and riding style.
55 cm – The shortest fuselage in the range, designed for the tightest turns and fastest response. Ideal for: Surf Foiling, Kite Foiling, Wing Foiling, riders seeking maximum agility and quick maneuverability
64 cm – Is the standard all-around fuselage, offering the perfect balance of: turning performance, pumping efficiency, pitch stability, overall versatility. Ideal for: Surf Foil, Wing Foil, Kite Foil
80 cm – Increases longitudinal stability, making it an excellent choice for Wing Foil Racing and riders looking for enhanced control at higher speeds. It provides: improved pitch stability, better control during acceleration, more precise high-speed performance
95 cm – Is designed primarily for windsurf foiling with Track Box boards, while also being an excellent option for wing foilers seeking maximum pitch stability and speed control.
