My order arrived damaged. What can I do? We recommend checking the condition of the packaging and products upon delivery. We take the utmost care in packing and shipping, but sometimes incidents beyond our control can happen. If the package is damaged or the seals are broken, please write on the courier’s delivery document the phrase "Goods inspection reservation for..." with a description of the issue. After this, contact our Customer Service describing the problem.
My product broke: how can I tell if it is still under warranty? All our products are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty and a 2-year warranty for conformity defects. To check if the product is still under warranty, verify the date on the purchase invoice we sent you when you made your purchase.
