Return Policy for Apparel
DLM SPORT accepts returns for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be shipped in their original condition within 7 days of receiving return authorization from DLM SPORT, and only after notifying our Customer Service via email (assistenza@dlmsports.com).
Our After-Sales Manager will contact you and guide you step-by-step through the return process to our warehouse.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you must first request a return and will be refunded the full amount minus the return shipping costs. You may then place a new order.
In case of defective items, DLM SPORT will cover the return shipping costs. In this case, you must provide photographic evidence of the defect and wait for the company's confirmation that the defect is valid.
Complaint processing times may take up to 15 business days.
For orders placed outside the European Union, for hygiene reasons, unfortunately, exchanges or returns are not possible, in accordance with Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 (Italian Consumer Code).
Gift packaging cannot be returned or refunded.
What to Do and What Not to Do
To return an item:
- Inform us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of delivery (the signed delivery note will serve as proof of the delivery date).
- Send the following form via email: Return and Refund Form to assistenza@dlmsport.com.
- If the item is defective or damaged, in addition to photos of the defect, you must provide:
- a copy of the delivery note or invoice,
- a handwritten statement describing the condition of the package upon arrival,
- the shipping method used for delivery,
- and a list of damaged/non-compliant items.
- Ship the item in its original condition (preferably in its original box). DLM SPORT does not accept returns of items from the same order sent in separate shipments.
- Return the item with its original tag. Items returned without the original tag will not be accepted.
- DLM SPORT will refund the full amount, excluding return shipping costs.
- If the above conditions are not met or the returned item is used or damaged, DLM SPORT will not process a refund. You may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense. After this final shipment, no further return operations will be possible.
Refund Times
Refunds vary depending on the payment method used:
- Bank Transfer: within 1 business day from the conclusion of the return process, to the bank account specified.
- PayPal: once the return is processed, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. You will also receive a final notification from our Customer Service.
- Credit Card: once the return is processed, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for the original purchase. You will also receive a final notification from our Customer Service.
