Why buy a Naish Alloy Mast?

The Naish Aluminum Mast has been precision engineered to deliver maximum performance, durability and reliability across all foiling disciplines. This updated version is manufactured using a new 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum extrusion process, providing significantly improved strength compared to the previous generation while maintaining a lightweight and efficient design.

Thanks to a redesigned internal structure, the mast features thicker walls in key stress areas to increase resistance against bending and instability, while preserving the original external dimensions and optimized hydrodynamic profile. The result is a mast that offers excellent stiffness, direct power transmission and precise foil control without unnecessary weight increase.

The upper section has been further reinforced with a bonded and bolted support system featuring two M8 screws and an additional hex bolt, ensuring maximum durability even under high loads and aggressive riding conditions.

The connection between mast and fuselage uses two M8 stainless steel Torx screws combined with a precisely shaped fuselage connector, improving structural rigidity while helping protect the system against corrosion in marine environments. A Torx T30 screwdriver is included to securely tighten all connections.

The Naish foil system is designed as a complete plug-and-play modular platform, allowing riders to easily switch between different disciplines and customize their setup. With a wide range of front wings and foil configurations developed for light wind, high performance, waves and racing, Naish covers every style of riding, including Wing Foil, Surf Foil, SUP Foil, Kite Foil and Windsurf Foil.

The modular design allows riders to upgrade their equipment, adapt their foil setup to different conditions and optimize performance according to their riding style and experience level.
