The Naish Pivot Q Series 2027 is a versatile, high-performance kitesurf kite designed to deliver precise control, efficient power, stability and easy handling across a wide range of conditions. Appreciated over the years by both professional and recreational riders, the Pivot is one of the most complete platforms in the Naish range.
Designed for Freeride, Big Air, Wave Riding and Foiling, the Naish Pivot Q Series 2027 combines an optimized aerodynamic profile, a stable frame and precise bar response. The result is an intuitive and predictable kite that adapts to different riding styles and experience levels.
Its forward position in the wind window promotes excellent upwind performance and efficient power delivery. The balanced profile keeps the kite stable while riding, providing consistent control even when the wind becomes gusty or increases in strength.
One of the key strengths of the Naish Pivot Q Series 2027 is its intuitive handling. The direct bar response allows the rider to precisely control the kite's trajectory and initiate turns quickly and naturally.
Precise steering provides immediate feedback, making the Pivot particularly effective for carving, transitions, jumps and dynamic manoeuvres. Its predictable behaviour also allows riders to handle changing conditions with greater confidence.
The wide depower range allows the rider to effectively manage power as the wind increases, keeping the kite controllable even in gusty conditions. The combination of progressive depower, stability and responsive steering makes the Pivot an extremely versatile option for everyday freeride.
For Freeride, the Pivot delivers smooth and progressive power, excellent upwind performance and a stable feeling in the air. Its efficient structure allows for comfortable riding even during longer sessions.
In Big Air, the updated profile promotes strong lift generation and precise control during jumps. The kite's predictable response helps the rider manage take-off, flight and recovery during landing more effectively.
The drift capability of the Naish Pivot Q Series 2027 also makes it well suited to Wave Riding. The kite maintains stable and predictable behaviour while the rider focuses on the board and the wave line, providing intuitive power management.
Its versatility also makes it an excellent choice for Kitesurf Foiling, where control, light handling and precise power management are essential.
For the Pivot Q Series 2027, Naish has selected different materials according to the specific requirements of each part of the structure, combining the characteristics of high-quality fabrics to achieve an optimal balance of weight, strength, stiffness and responsiveness.
The trailing edge uses Code-Tec-95p ripstop, which is slightly heavier than Quad-Tex but sufficiently durable to allow the use of a single layer instead of two. This solution helps reduce the overall weight of the kite, improving responsiveness and handling.
The leading edge uses Dacron with different levels of stiffness. The central section features a stiffer Dacron to maintain high structural rigidity and stability under heavy loads, while a more flexible Dacron is used towards the wingtips.
This combination provides greater torsional flexibility, improving steering response and creating a more dynamic and progressive riding feel.
The aerodynamic profile of the Naish Pivot Q Series 2027 has been refined to improve flight efficiency, lift and low-speed handling while maintaining the versatility that defines the Pivot range.
The result is a balanced and easy-to-control kite capable of delivering high performance without sacrificing accessibility and comfort.
