• FTM (Fluid Taping Method) seams: Triple-glued, with the outside of the seam sealed with a wider neoprene gasket; the inside of the seam is protected by Prolimit glued and blind-sealed stitching technology. FTM seams are durable, waterproof, and maintain high stretch.
• Zodiac2 lining with Thermal Rebound: Zodiac Jacquard velour fleece on the inside, layered with quick-drying thermal fleece for added warmth and comfort. It absorbs water from the skin, quickly releases it, and increases comfort. The Thermal Rebound lining is derived directly from survival blankets. Prolimit Naturprene 2:

• 100% Neoprene-Free Material: Naturprene 2 is made entirely from FSC-certified natural rubber. USDA certified, 80% natural rubber, 20% recycled carbon black, and enriched with oyster shell powder and soybean oil.
• Water-based Glue: Wetsuits are laminated with a water-based glue: Acqua-a. This glue is free of solvents and chemicals, preventing latex allergies. It also won't dissolve in water.
• PAH, ROHS, and REACH Compliant: Prolimit wetsuits are PAH-free (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) and 100% REACH compliant. This means Prolimit has successfully banned the use of extender oils in neoprene sheets, for a better environment. REACH is a European Union regulation adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks posed by chemicals in the manufacturing process. PAH-neutral neoprene has improved characteristics such as weight and elasticity, preventing skin irritation. Prolimit has banned the use of extender oils, which is better for the skin and nature.
• DOPE-Dyed Yarns: The traditional wetsuit dyeing method is water-intensive, uses a lot of energy, and produces a large amount of industrial wastewater and toxic chemicals. The solution dyeing process used by Prolimit saves energy and is environmentally friendly. Solution-dyed yarns are made by adding dye to the melted polymer during spinning. This process, in which the yarn is colored without the dyeing process, saves 104 L of water per kg of fabric.
